The WASP service evaluation is one of a kind
Our service evaluation tool is designed to help you understand how personalised care is delivered within your service – bringing together information from several perspectives. Using the WASP digital tool, findings are compiled to produce a set of service insights.
You can complete the service evaluation as a standalone exercise, or as part of one of our training programmes.
Step 1
Collect
Data collection requires time and commitment, but the result is a thorough understanding of personalised care delivery within your service.
Questionnaires are completed by clinicians, managers and commissioners, exploring what people currently do and why. Mirrored questionnaires are completed by service users to capture their experience.
Step 2
Reflect
Data is compiled to produce a set of service insights.
As part of this process, you will spend time with a WASP Facilitator to interpret your findings and develop high impact action plans.
Step 3
Act
Now for action. If you’re completing the WASP service evaluation as part of one of our training programmes, we’ll work with you to identify a quality improvement project. We’ll share knowledge and tools that will help you translate your ideas into measurable change.
If you’ve completed the WASP service evaluation as a standalone exercise, you will still have access to a range of resources and be part of the WASP community of practice.
